You have 7 days from the received order date to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Please note that the minimum change policy is not negotiable. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on preference changes or buyer’s remorse.
Returns are only accepted if the item received is damaged or if you received the wrong item. Items returned for any other reasons will not be accepted.
First, go to the order details page on our site for the order you want to return. Then create a return request from there. Our team will review your request and respond to you as soon as possible.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund or exchange as applicable. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
