Refund Policy

Refunds apply only if you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product from your order. Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the received order date.

Please go to your order details on our site, create a return request within 7 days from the date you received the order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind or preference
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
• Items returned without prior approval or outside the return period

After you create a return request, our team will review it and get back to you. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund via the original payment method.
